I love my Husband, but apart from motorcycles and humour and working well together, we have little in commmon. He doesn’t get TV, or jokes, or cats. I have two which he hates. I love history, Nat Geographic, etc, which he takes the piss out of. I read a lot 1-4 books a day, of all genres except autobiographies. He also hates me reading!

They laughed and said it was impossible to have a platonic friendship with the opposite sex. They say whenever a guy is a “friend ” he is hanging on to the possibility it could always lead to more.
I laughed and stood by my original statement. They shook their heads and smiled.
