I did not excercise regularly, but instead chose to up my daily physical activities - daily brisk walking, standing more, etc.The beginning wasn't easy. I was tired, my muscles were sore constantly, I can't fall asleep as my mind was too active. Right now I'm used to the medication, so much to the point it sometimes possesses n… Read how I did it…

Although I have been going to the gym, I have not lost any weight – I have only maintained my weight. But a review of my diet is the key to this.
I have toast with butter and honey for breakfast, more toast with butter or peanut butter and a mocha for morning tea, I then have a healthy lunch, then pastry and another mocha for afternoon tea and then dinner (which is usually healthy).
I can see that my morning tea, breakfast and afternoon tea and major bad areas that are stopping me from losing weight. I am going back onto my calorie controlled diet for the next two weeks to help stop this bad eating.
I cut out junk food instead started having fruits, hit the gym and i lost 12kg in 6 months and have been able to maintain my weight 4 last
8 months.
Well i didn’t really do it – haha – but I lost 5kg, and realised that i didn’t really need to lose 10 in the first place – 5 will do! i feel good!
Do this healthily. I don’t want to plunge my way back into eating disordered madness. But i really do need to lose it. I want to be 56 kilos again. That’s a BMI of like, 19.
went from 72 to 66 :D i’m so happy!
i’m extending my goal to reach 58-60kg now. after hitting a plateau at 67kg (which really made me lose motivation for a while) i’m back on track and losing weight again. slooowly, but i’m gonna make it happen this time!

I read in the paper yesterday about a man who was an underwear model and also a gym instructor. He decided to pile on 40kg to become 120kg to understand why overweight/obese people find it hard to lose weight.
One thing he noticed was that the more he ate, the more he felt like eating! He was sugar and carbs overload.
Last night I decided not to eat dinner. I wasn’t hungry – dinner was simply an event rather than a need. I went to bed slightly hungry and drunk a glass of water. This morning I woke and didnt feel that hungry either – however, I did have some breakfast to fuel my day.
It is interesting to pay attention to how you feel. Are you REALLY hungry or are you just bored or is it just an ‘event.’
Going to test this theory further this week.
I am exercising 2 days on and 1 off for atleast 30 mins a day, to help me with fitness and to compliment weight loss.
I know I need to control my food intake and will be seeing a dietition on the 28th October 2009, though I plan to begin eating low fat as of now.
I want to see this goal achieved by January 2010.
Starting from 80kg, I need to lose another 10kg to reach my best state. At time of this writing, I’ve already finished 2kg! So another 8kg to go!
