This goal is non-existant. I have totally lost the plot – mainly due to some personal goal issues causing me to eat into depression.
As normal I want to try and get back on top of this again – and try and get that motivation back.
MazinEragat very happy exams are over :)
How I did it: Very gradually but working out slightly and combining jogging, swimming, cycling and rowing into my busy weekly timetable (only once or twice a week really) made such a huge impact over time that i know i will be able to maintain! Read how I did it…

I’m a varsity swimmer, just finished my first season in college. As you can imagine I’m pretty muscular and was very fit, but then finals rolled around and season ended and I just started plugging away at food. Now I’m back home and haven’t lost any weight for about a month. I think I need to lose at least 10kg. I want to get back to around 140lbs (which is 20lbs from me now) and that feels like a challenge.
I love eating rice and carbs. Hopefully swimming 4 times a week and working out (cardio), playing basketball will help.
Okay, so I’ve lost about 11kg already (over a 9 month period… would’ve been less time if not for Christmas and Easter food-fests), but I’ve got another 10 to go before I hit my goal weight.
All things going to plan, I want to drop 2kg a month. Because I’m fitter and healthier than when I started last September, it probably won’t drop as quickly as it did at the start. I’m going to Japan for a month in September, so I want to maintain my weight for that period, then drop maybe a couple more kilos prior to Christmas.
Will be achieving this via healthy diet (more fresh food, less processed) and exercise (cardio at the gym for 45 mins x 3 days a week, Jillian Michaels Biggest Winner DVDs x 3 days a week).
This goal is a mess at the moment. I am going to spend some time on Sunday to re-work this goal.
I joined a gym with money I recieved from moving out of residence and lost 5kg :D Keeping it too!!
I think I need rules to lose weight as I am not losing weight at all and its to do with my lifestyle.
Some to start off with:
1. No dinners out except for Saturday or Sunday.
2. Pastry day is Sunday only.
3. Carbs are only allowed for breakfast.
4. Fruit only for snacks.

ok around last summer i weight around 86kg which was basically overweight if you consider my height and age/ bmi *(of 26) ect so yeh i told myself that i had alright eating habits but the main thing was i needed to be more active (as im not a sporty person) so i asked my mum not to get me any presents for my 16th birthday but instead rather to join me in a gym, (which she keeps up for me and im so grateful) so yeh also during the summer i spent 2 weeks swimming daily in the morning which helped me kick start the weight loss, and since then up to now ive basically been working at lowering my weight gradually, and since coming back from spending 2 weeks in kenya i now weigh 75kg which is excellent giving me a Bmi of like 23.5 so i’m happy with that but i would really like to work it down another bit so that once i shed this baby fat i can work on gaining muscle and body definition, coz what ive done already has made me feel better and more confident in my body and i just want this to continue!
So I missed going to the gym for most of March and I didnt eat healthy. I put on weight. :(
A setback but I am refocusing this week!
