I can give u some tips on it – always agree with him – no need to put extra effort – always remember, boss cant be more smart than u but u can’t express it. Don’t expect any guideline from him. Always keep CC in email, share things. Keep things complex in front of ur boss – it will make u talent person, without any reason, everyday u have to tell hi/hello when u r in office and tell him bye when u r going out, stay in office at least upto evening without any work – he thinks, u can take stress – if u practice it daily then promotion is guaranteed within next appraisal – thats it.

nobody wanted to go to a meeting about project reporting and statistics so I set it up around an Academy Awards theme and sent everybody microwave popcorn and got them pumped up. After the meeting when I sent the minutes I rewarded the attendees with movie theater candy. It kept their attention long enough to start following my procedures and I got a bonus from the boss. 4 years ago
