Pet my cat

After a year of trying, I finally won his trust. He’s still somewhat feral, and gets a bit bitey from time to time, but I stroke him every day, and he sleeps on my bed at night. The next thing’ll be getting him on my lap – another 6 months I reckon…

My cat’s the apple of my eye. He’s feral and rescued from the Arabian desert. Gaining trust is a long slow process. It’s been nearly a year now. We get close, a couple of feet, but stroking and petting’s a way off yet. He’s a brilliant little guy.

My kitty is in my lap right now. She’s so cute! Even if I don’t quite understand the position she’s laying in. I pet and play with both of my kitties all the time. I love them.

By this I mean seriously devote time and attention to petting or hanging out with my kitty. Every day. :)
