Just got my federal stafford loan. Hopefully I’ll be less stressed and stop working so many hours.

more loan applications 2 years ago

I applied for 3 loans simultanously through my bank. One was the Stafford loan, the other is a student loan from my bank, and the last one is a personal loan.

My income is starting to become less than my expenses. I’ve been using my savings funds to keep up.

Although I have a total credit line of almost $8000 w/ my credit cards the interest (if I used them to pay for college) would be a lot more than just getting a loan.

I can survive on my income, BUT I can’t finish college with my income.

I just need to face the facts.

I’m seriously considering getting a loan now.
I’ve applied for the FAFSA hoping to get a government loan.
Living on my own is a lot more expensive than I thought.

...going into my 3rd year of college, and still haven’t needed a loan. I applied for tons of scholarships and grants, all rejected me. I said screw it and decided it would be an accomplishment in itself to say “I’ve gone through all my college schooling w/o any help whatsoever.”

    Sooo close…
