    well, at the beginning of the semester i was losing weight. of course that ended haha.. started gaining it back. i’m either slightly under or at my starting weight, and its the end of the first semester so i’d consider this accomplished.

    So I did have the freshman 5 but I think I lost it over the summer. Lots of dining hall food + hours of studying= weight gain. Sucks but at least I had enough exercise to avoid too much.

    During my first year of uni, I lost nearly 1 stone. I don’t know if it was anxiety or just a change in eating patterns, but I am much thinner now. People have noticed, and it’s made me a bit worried, because I have not been starving myself… just eating better. Basically the big change was cutting carbonated drinks out of my diet and adding more water (3 litres a day makes a difference!). If I can do it, you can too!

    6 weeks to go and I will have completed this goal. Haven’t gained any, actually lost a few pounds.



    So far so good 3 years ago

    It’s been three months and I haven’t gained the weight yet!
