stop picking my nose

this is utterly impossible.
i feel like a 5 year old child.

I had a little pick this morning, but that was it! :-)

I didn’t pick today…Thank God. ;)

When you have a cold, no tissues lying around and finger pumped up and ready….You gotta do what ya gotta do.

And mann did I have to do it. :-P

It’s a childhood habit that doesn’t go away so easily. Don’t be laughing, though. I’m sure that MANY people do the same thing. I guess reading that the stuff is good for your immune system gives me a good excuse… But yeah, horrible habit that needs to be broken. ;) (I only do it when it irritates me)

I haven’t picked in a while now, but I think I’ve realized why I do it. I only do it when I think about picking my nose. If I just keep those fingers occupied, then I might just complete this goal!

I gotta stop! It’s gross and someone I know revealed they do it too and won’t stop now so it’s really not helping!

I’ve been picking for as long as I can remember, and it’s a (gross) habit that I picked up from older brother. I hate doing it, and…er..fact is…I eat it. gasp Oh don’t look so shocked.
