Back to square one 2 months ago

Unfortunately, I am an emotional eater to the extreme. Moreover, I am now working all day, 7 days a week, and the second I finish work all I want is food and to sit on my bum. It feels like I don’t have time or energy to be active, which I know is just a mind-over-matter issue.

So I’m going to try and stop my mindset of “oh I’ll settle into things and have more time/motivation to do stuff soon… wait til then”. I have put on weight so that now I’m a little over what I was when I first added this goal. So now it’s time to change that again.

I went to my first group fitness class this week with a friend, we were terrible but enjoyed ourselves so hopefully this is the start of a good thing. My diet is harder to control…

Its about time... 5 months ago

My whole adolescense seems like one big diet! This time its a LIFESTYLE CHANGE, and this time it WILL work.

I’m currently 72 kg and want to be 60-62, which I havent been in…I don’t know how long. For my height; 1.58cm, I think this puts me in a more normal range. I want to be 10kg by 31 July (giving me 7 weeks) which I think is possible.

I’m going to start by going to the gym everyday during uni holidays for 4 weeks, and changing my diet so that i cut out most junk foods and eat unprocessed foods. (and as much as I want, untill I’m full)

My goal for one months time. 6 months ago

Right now I am 75kgs. I am determined to be 65kgs by mid June. Which is a little bit less then one month to go.

I am going to do what it takes, and will also be taking Duromine 40mg to enhance the results.

My untimate goal is to be back at 50-55kg by early July. That is the range that I was in, before I let myself go in a soul destroying relationship. Now that I’m out of it, I am determined to get my life back.

I know people might think it’s a crazy goal to achieve in so little time but this is what I need to do for me.
