My whole adolescense seems like one big diet! This time its a LIFESTYLE CHANGE, and this time it WILL work.
I’m currently 72 kg and want to be 60-62, which I havent been in…I don’t know how long. For my height; 1.58cm, I think this puts me in a more normal range. I want to be 10kg by 31 July (giving me 7 weeks) which I think is possible.
I’m going to start by going to the gym everyday during uni holidays for 4 weeks, and changing my diet so that i cut out most junk foods and eat unprocessed foods. (and as much as I want, untill I’m full)

Not going very well at all…. I am exercising, but have put on weight :(

Right now I am 75kgs. I am determined to be 65kgs by mid June. Which is a little bit less then one month to go.
I am going to do what it takes, and will also be taking Duromine 40mg to enhance the results.
My untimate goal is to be back at 50-55kg by early July. That is the range that I was in, before I let myself go in a soul destroying relationship. Now that I’m out of it, I am determined to get my life back.
I know people might think it’s a crazy goal to achieve in so little time but this is what I need to do for me.
i am waiting for the time to pass.
i still have another 45mins before i go for jogging.
i MUST forbid myself from involving the eating disorders and DO MORE exercise regularly!

Have lost about 1.5kg. Not very motivated, as I’ve been distracted with other life issues. I am trying to eat regular, healthy food, ‘tho.
my goal is to lose 10 Kg in two weeks at the most.
i know this sounds difficult but to me it is a personal goal that will improve my life.
its Sunday the 11th hopefully in 2 weeks time i have a positive result.
Im currently starting a diet called Herbalife.

Trainer at Gym has written a mixed cardio program for me. It incorporates work on the treadmill, grinder, rower, cross trainer and bike.
I’m meant to work out 5-6 days per week for up to an hour, Have done that once this week and also two 45 minute workouts. I found it hard going.
He told me not to worry about my diet, but to focus on the cardio and eating breakfast and at least 2 pieces of fruit a day.
We will review progress in a week and then again, 3 weeks later when we add weights.
I have not lost any weight.
