Alright, i’ll start this tomorrow, next week at regionals will be my test. If i can keep good posture for the next two weeks, I’ll count it as done. Duct tape-world, here i come!

All you need is one of those big exercise balls….just sit on it at work, while at home, etc. instead of sitting on couches, chairs, etc…within one month your posture will be perfect…these chairs dont let you slouch and then your back just straightens up by default. Its great!

Since becoming paralyzed following a brain tumor surgery, my posture went bad. I was withdrawn, less confident. Along came seven years and a second brain operation for brain tumor scar tissue, and I feel like I have remembered the cheerleader posture of my youth. It’s taking some muscle-building and physical therapy, but I’m no quitter.
