    Met my husband at the dojo 2 years ago

    Learned karate with a japanese sensei who was a real brute (lol). He made us work really hard. My husband was there too. He would watch me and I did not notice him until he asked me out on a date. We have been married for almost 23 years now. I gave up karate when I got pregnant but only because I had to. Then too much time passed and I never picked it up again.

    my dads been involved in te-kwon-do and has recently retired from it. My sister took it up and has been doing it for a few years so i decided it was time i did some kind of extracirricular sport, so I decided to start and its been pretty fun so far.
