shower in a tropical waterfall

Just came back from vacationing in Argentina, with a few days in Brazil and WOW…I had been to Iguazu before but it was briefly, in passing.
This time we really enjoyed the falls. We went on the Macuco Safari tour: two hour train ride through subtropical jungle park and boat ride right up to the falls. While for obvious reasons (DEATH) you couldn’t get under the fall for a shower we were thoroughly soaked. Some people in the boat had plastic ponchos to protect them…LMAO. They were also completely soaked. I’m glad it was pretty warm and we dried in no time while hiking the trails.
So we showered in a tropical waterfall surrounded by gorgeous butterflies. I really should considered this one goal as done…

I was soooo close to showering in the waterfall…but we weren’t allowed by the lifeguard to get under the waterfall itself.
But I swam in that beautiful, COLD! pool of water…wow, what an experience! I loved floating and looking up at the clear blue sky.
