I gained like 1 billion pounds over the summer. I use to do 200 a night for like 3 days. haha. I got SO sore. So Im doing this again. I’ve done 75 in the past hour and another 20 in a few minutes!

I did 100 yesterday and I lost inches. Its really easy for me to gain and lose inches in the waist for some reason, also I did 50 today so I’m getting closer to my goals.

My goal is 100 when I wake up and 100 in the evening.
Still doing my 100 situp’s a day even if they are in the middle of the night but hey. I have improved in timing but i cant really feal a difference yet
Today will be day one of my first 100 sit ups – the pants are a bit snug and I can’t afford nor do I want bigger sizes!!!

I finally found my swiss ball pump so I can do sit ups on it, I’m going to keep it in the living room so I can do sit ups during commercials while watching T.V. If I do just 10 per commercial, I’ll meet this goal watching 1 show
