be in a play/musical

I was in a little kids musical play called “dude where’s my lungs” for Red Ribbon week it is a tabbacco free week. It was a educational play to teach about how the tabbacco industry targets kids and teens to buy there products it was so much fun.

Not very recently but I still remember the feeling of being on stage even if it was only a two line part XD. I was six ~

my first was a musical in 8th grade, loved singing the solos. my second and last was junior year of high school in a truly terrible play, but loved doing it. highly recommended.

I won best actor at Stagedoor Manor for playing a supporting role. I don’t know how that happened but I’m happy about it. lol.
I was nervous as hell and was reading my script backstage for both performances.

Have done this quite a few times for school. The lates two were Good Vibes (2004) and Guys and Dolls (2005) school didn´t do one last year did a music showcase instead but next year or this year or whatever, 2007, we are doing the Wiz and i´m the Wiz. (we have barely any guys who can act or sing)

Our school play in 2003 was Singin’ in the Rain and I was part of the chorus – it was much fun!
