Annette is a romantic self-knowing reinventor... so 43T tells me.
My volunteering has continued to increase. I still am working with the coalition. Recently I volunteered much of my Friday plus some of my Saturday to Relay for Life. I also will help with random other charities for moments at a time. There’s a bike trail organization I just joined to to help maintain.
I don’t want to overdo it to the point it no longer is enjoyable, but I do feel more fulfilled in life by putting myself out there.

I am on my way

I am studying and learning about this Coalition… I have started the photography work and am quite excited. I may even at some point get to write for them. I love the idea of that! What I learned in one day has changed my perception entirely on some laws. I think a bit more time and I can check this off as a completed goal.

Ok I volunteered, but there was a process in place. I had to be accepted first. The first phase is done, my photography work was approved. Now for the other formalities! I am really excited about doing something good with a skill I am decent with.

I am currently training to run a 10km and half-marathon next year to raise money for my localmental health charity and the Alzheimers Research Trust. I am adamant I will see this through, and hopefully I will do more charity fundraising as a result.

A typhoon recently swept into our province. It really got everyone helping: sacks of stuff being transported, people allowed to sleep and stay for a while in schools. But here’s hoping that people not wait anymore for big calamities to get things happening.

There are so many causes I support, in theory, and yet I don’t really do all that much to actually support them. Time to change that!

Because my daughter was diagnosed with autism, I feel it in me to get the word out about autism awareness…do people realize that one in every 150 children are affected with this truly mind & life affecting challenge? It is quite possible most of the people that will read my message, in some way shape or form, have someone they know affected by autism, or know someone that has autism or knows someone who is affected with autism. I have so many idea’s and motivation, just don’t know where to start, and I don’t want to do the wrong thing, like tax stuff, things like that. I am in contact with autism speaks, but they really aren’t contacting me to my liking, but I am not a very patient person. I have loads of people willing to help me, and I am ready to start putting the wheels of all my ideas in my motion. Any ideas’s of anyone else I can goto to help me with my charity work? Thanks, Shea G.
