(What is RSS?)I am disappointed that there aren’t more gymnastics programs for young adults. I mean, I know it’s not easy on the body, but I would benefit and enjoy doing something I spent 7 years of my life doing previously. Training in the gym was a big part of my life for a long time. :( Where can one go?
I am looking for a gym in Indianapolis, IN that allows adults to practice gymnastics and provides instruction. Anyone know of anything?
