Take a road trip to New England to follow the autumn leaves as they turn

For one year I lived in Worcester, MA with David, my sweetheart. One of my fondest memories of my time with him was a trip we took along The Mohawk Trail, in autumn, in his mother’s big Oldsmobile.

Today would have been his 36th birthday, he passed away in 2001, in his sleep, of sleep apnea. I am so thankful that David was a part of my life and I was a part of his. We loved going out for drives in the country, especially Mount Wachusett near Worcester, here’s the web site ..

We also visited the Quabbin Reservoir, and Yankee Candle in South Deerfield, MA .. and the Sturbridge area.

If you are able to do it, this would be a wonderful trip, I hope to do it again someday. :-)

I am hoping for this to be the year of the roadtrip. No definitive plans as to the when, with whom, or exactly where yet, but it is still early.
