cook a new dish once a week

I’d really like to try a dish that is cooked with wine. So far Chicken Etoufe and Thai curry have been very nice dished indeed, though there was a year or so between the two, hehe ;)

Did another coconut curry type thing recently and that was deliche. Must try something new!
