I did 3 sets of 5 with 165 yesterday, and it felt pretty light. I’m right on track for this goal!
I got this set up as a personal challenge and realized that gives me 13 DAYS!!! I have a solid plan though, and I used it to come up with my completion date, but WOW December first is CLOSE!
I did 150 for 3 sets of 5 yesterday. I want 200 lbs x 5 by 1 Dec 2007. No excuses.
I’m working out at LA Fitness. The gym is awesome with state-of-the art equipments, and plenty of room. I can squat 200 lbs one time, but after that my form gets sloppy. I’ll cut it down to 180 to work on my form.
