i shifted my plank style from elbows to hands, the static push-up position. it’s more relevant to my goals. i was doing it on my elbows, because that’s how i’d been taught, but this is waaay better. 4 months ago

Can easily do, say, 45 seconds, which is what I usually do in my class for a few sets.

But when asked to do this in hot yoga the other day, could BARELY make it through probably 10 seconds, shaking terribly, then had to bring knees down. Funny how the heat affects you.

If I remember tomorrow, will try and see if I’ve got a minute down pat. 20 months ago

Clearly I forgot about this goal for a while, and as I no longer teach the class I did the planks in, I haven’t been practicing them myself.

I’m doing P90X workout today with the ab one, so I will plan on doing 1.5 mins tomorrow to get back into it. 21 months ago
