Everytime I’m doing well, I slip back into my old habits.
Very frustrating.
But, I keep trying. At least I’m doing sports now one or two times a week.
I just checked my wardrobe and it’s really depressing. I really don’t have any nice clothes anymore, because I don’t want to buy anything in my present size. Or actually, I just can’t find anything I like that looks nice and fits well.
When I’m down five, I’m gonna throw away all the stuff I don’t like, and I’ll try to buy three new pair of trousers than. At least one jeans.
I want this so badly, why did God make chocolate :( If it wasn’t for chocolate, I wouldn’t find this so terribly difficult…

Doing well...

But I have a terrible headache. This combined with my brother playing guitar upstairs (I hate guitars, really) and feeling not to well about things, makes it hard to stick to it. But yesterday went really well, and this far this day is good, too, considering the food :) – I’m only worried about dinner tonight, we’re having lasagna, and that’s not really low-cal. I’m doing weight watchers, and the little book with points said lasagna was 10.5 points. That’s really too much just for dinner, don’t you think?

Started again

I started again today, hoping that this time I will indeed manage to lose 5k. I was watching some photos from 2006 the other day, and damn did I look good (better).
Today is going quite alright, although I’m rally struggling not to eat cookies. There are a whole bunch in the cupboard. But so far so good.
“Good” thing is, that I burned my mouth yesterday with dinner, so now eating hard things hurts :) Makes the cookies less tempting ;)
I so badly want this goal to work out. I already tried so many times. Hopefully I will succeed this time!

Just 5kg and then maybe another 5kg. Three things I can do today is walk, halve my dinner portion, and get some scales.
August 13- got the scales- and I weigh the most I have ever weighed!
August 14: Three things today: Small dinner, walk, drink water in the afternoon when hungry.
August 16: Down by 700g! Oats for breakfast, fruit for snacks, small dinner, no alcohol, 40 minute walk. have a headache though- withdrawal from bread I think. Add more water to the list. I am enjoying my growling stomach. When I don’t watch what I eat I go immediately to eat something when my stomach growls…
August 17: another 400g which means 1.1kg and only 3.9 kg to go. No headache, walked 10,189 steps yesterday, small dinner and fruit snacks and more water.
August 18: another 300g so total 1.4kg and only 3.6kg to go. Walked 8498 steps – slept like a log. Feeling energetic
August 19: same weight- continued walking 10,021 steps
August 20: same weight again walked 8047 steps. My evening dinner should be half the size I think to keep the weight loss going. I plan to serve up a meal and then halve it tonight.
August 23: the weekend, out, wine, other foods- weight has gone up again. Still walked tho which is great. A new week a new resolve to keep going.
September 1st: weight the same. I have been working hard and exercise and watching what I eat just goes out the window. Not giving up though. The reason I want to lose this weight is for my health. I read that just 5kg loss has benefits to joints and lessens the probability of developing osteoarthritis. New resolve – 3 things I can do today. Walk 10,000 steps. No TV tonight instead housework and 3 pack my lunch fruit for snacks.

I’m 55kg.
About a year ago I started to loose weight through exercise.
6 months ago I stopped loosing weight (i was 55kg) and started exercising excessively. i still couldn’t lose weight.
In the past month i have gone from excessive excessive every day to next to none.
My goal now is to loose 5 kilos in 1 month with healthy eating and at least 30 minutes of exercise that raises my heart beat, 3-4 times a week.

Yesterday I went jogging for the first time in 2 years, ate salad for dinner, drank a cup of green tea and lost 0.5kg by the end of the day XD .

I am currently 167cm tall and weighing at 60kg. I wish to lose 5kg and I am hoping to do this the healthy way, which is to have a balanced diet and to exercise regularly. It is going to be difficult for me because I am not exactly the sporty kind of person (meaningIwouldratherbehomeplayingvideogames). I am also hoping that this will help to improve my social life since I am always too embarrassed about my lack of stamina to join my friends in most of their outings. It is often easier said than done but I am going to give it a try.

Compared to my record, one less kilo is the goal line of this.
If compared to my intention, I want to lose four more kilos to be confident.
Anyway, I’ll set this as ‘one less kilo compared to what I am now.’
And set a new goal to be the exact weight.
