to realize that reading aloud helps me memorize more information than usual.
Before me and my friend would go to sleep i was used to communication, but communication seemed to not take me anywhere and had a lack of stimulation for the both of us.
So I picked up this book my little sister was reading, she’s really into this Author “Hopkins”
the book is named “Burned”
getting into the first 3 pages the book already caught us, we both took turns reading allowed.
the next morning I remembered everything. Also the refreshing feeling of knowing that you have bonded in a different way.
how cute
either way Im going to try and read things allowed more often.
Yes even the newspaper if i can gets my hands on it

burnsad is wishing she were anywhere but here.
i read a book that was 18 steps to a better memory, but i can only remember the first step. “tell yourself you have a good memory.” you are supposed to stop telling everyone, including yourself, that you have a bad memory and start encouraging yourself.

Why : It’s essential for my survival in my career, social interaction, seeking a husband and personal management.
How:
1) Clear as much things as I don’t need as possible.
2) Develop better methods
3) Make the above an ingrained habit.
Resource & tradeoff: Energy, time, “looking good”, being “a spontaneous person”, being original, experiencing as much things in life as possible.

I just read about a study of over 2,000 people conducted by French scientists which concluded that overweight people overall have bad memory. There is a hormone that is apparently the key element in the memorization process (the name of which I forgot) and it gets misbalanced when you are bearing extra weight (which also results in depression, but that’s widely known).

I am reading two books now.
One is Memory power and the other is critical thinking.
I did an exercise to try to remember and tell what happened during the day and recorded it on the recorder. Need to do at least one month.
Good memory does not equal good thinking, so I am going to read some books on thinking skill as well.
Just bored. Nothing to do.
