Today is day one… again… I get a few days or weeks under my belt then I just stop for some reason. This time I have marked it on my planner and I should finish on Sept. 30th, I hope I prevail!

alissah is on day 10 of 100 sit ups in 100 days!
I told people at work about this goal and 10 other people joined in. We all started together on April 1st and it’s been a fun way to keep yourself on task. Try to get someone else to join you and, while it won’t be easier, you’ll have support to keep going and someone to hold you accountable!
I was doing so good with this goal…for about a week! I just lost track and gave up. Time to start over again!!!
Chris is finding his personal challenge a bit demanding!
So, it’s been, what, four months since I pledged this goal.
I cut them down to 50 in 50 days, and I still didn’t manage to keep to that goal either.
I did 50 two days ago. I’m re-re-restarting this goal now, with that in mind. Let’s see how I do.

Oh man!! Day 2 – another killer.
Did my 100 crunches and slower this time so I think there was more effect.
This is going to be a challenge….

So I thought, why not start this one thing today?
AHHHH. I did 100 in one go and I was in so much pain.
I’m curious as to how people actually do them, and how fast?
It’s my first day of tracking this goal. I’m thinking I will have to split up my crunches in to about 5 sets of 20, and do them over the course of the whole day. Maybe 20 when I get out of bed, 20 before lunch, 20 before cardio, 20 before dinner, and 20 before bed. Sounds good and it seems like I might actually be able to accomplish this goal. Hooray!!!
