sometimes you forget to breathe. going all day work, friends, family, remember you, sit down and take deep breathe, and say to yourself(out loud i perfer) it’s time for me, breathe in and breathe out, just feel yourself being alive , feel the feelings of what your all about what it is to you!!!!!

Sometimes I will hold my breath if I am busy doing something like playing on the computer. This creates a tension in my body. I would like to take the time to breathe deeply and become more conscious of this.
over the phone line, a “how are you?” came through. just before my brain was going to casually brush it off with a standard answer, i remembered to breathe it in, and just let the care go straight into my somewhat broken heart – instantly I found myself in tears.
needless to say, that was a great phone conversation. and it feels so soothing to get in touch with my own feelings. thanks to the breath.
and thank goodness i remembered to breathe in the fresh air – telling ya the smell is worth at least a million bucks.

Sometimes I forget to just pause and feel what I’m feeling. I have the tendency to be like the energizer bunny. I “keep going, going, and going….” I need to remember that I can stop and to smell the flowers or watch the grass grow.
