see Conor Oberst live

God willing, this is going to happen in June. I CANNOT WAIT. I also can’t help having fantasies that he’ll fall madly in love with me at first sight and never leave my side again.
My boyfriend isn’t really okay with this. haha.

Me, my friend and my mum saw him 2 months go at the Electric Ballroom in Camden, London. It was truely amazing. It was the Conor Oberst and The Mystic Valley Band tour. Me and my friend stood front row and the whole way through he looked down at our side. Every song was sung with passion even though he was a bit ill. I will never forget it – my mum now insists we play his CD in the car. :)

omg, it was a perfect concert, i’m going on another.. today ahahaha. it wasn’t bright eyes, conor oberst and the mystic valley band, but it was TERRIFIC, i talked to conor, he’s such a sweety guy

I finally saw Bright Eyes on my 17th birthday: November 6, 2007. I can honestly say that it was the best birthday that I could have ever dreamed of.

He’s a lyrical genius. He’s the Bob Dylan of this generation. He’s intense, poetic, and wonderful. I was in shock the entire time, and loved every minute of it.

I didn’t meet him, but I did get his beer can as a souvenir.
Miller Lite, to be exact.

In DC, November 11. Got the tickets and someone to cover my class the next day.

I finally seen Bright Eyes on May 14, 2007. It was amazing. Everything i expected and more. Conor is pretty much a lyrical genius. I am so happy I was able to see him live because ever since i started listening to BE he had never come to my area. I hope one day I can get the opportunity to do it again.

Monday March 5 at the 930 club in DC… that’s the week of spring break! It could happen!
