I know I was supposed to get to bed by 2am, but I just had to finish revising that chapter before I could call it a day.
It’s 2.35am now.
I shall, no I will, no I must go to bed by 3am today.

I am sooooooo failing this goal.
I’ve been sleeping at 6am in the morning for two days in a row now!!! Somehow I just feel SUPER awake.
WHY WHY WHY???

Tonight. Even if I have to stare at my ugly ceiling for 1 hr before emitting my first yawn, I will go to bed at 2am tonight.

Lifetime GOAL

I know it will be sometimes impossible due to work or something else…but let’s just leave exceptions to impossible cases and let’s try to make the best out of the day from sunrise to sunset! and only a little after sunset…
Not wandering the internet for useless stuff that will not help me become a better musician or a better person…

Last week, I was exhausted and fell asleep right away about 12am and woke up the next day around 10am!
This was such a drastic change that came out of nowhere, and I thought it would just be for that one day. But I’ve been actually waking up consistently at an earlier time (in regards to off-days, not work days where I’d HAVE to wake up early).
I fell asleep yesterday at aroiund 12:30am, and woke up at about 4:40am, but went back to sleep immediately and finally woke up just before 8am. At about 10am I felt sleepy again since I’m not used to waking up so early.
If I can get myself to fall asleep earlier, and continue to consistently wake up early, this goal would be marked done!

I feel if I develop a pattern of going to sleep earlier, and waking up earlier, I will become more productive in my daily task and accomplishing my goals. It will give me a boost in energy from the start of the day that I need.
