I have only recently discovered the benefits of taking time to get re-centred in absolute quiet and being ‘in the present’ with oneself. not having distractions or constantly worrying about the future, just the now. I think it is a real on going process learning how to do this for me it is about beginning with awareness, that now I can stop myself in a frenzied or stressful moment and know ‘Im off centre here, I need a few minutes of calm’
