I really really really really need to do this.
I just keep putting it off.
It’s not hard, really. I just have to /think/
How I did it: I followed advice that I found online, and had someone who regularly interviews check mine over. I will of course have to continually update it, but it's nice to have one done for now. Read how I did it…

How I did it: I'm a college senior, and I have two resumes: a functional resume and a chronological resume. I created each resume with help from my friend as well as by looking at plenty of resumes online. My functional resume is divided into three sections: Education; Skills and Experience; and Community Service. The Skills and Experience section includes instances in which I've demonstrated skills in the areas of oral communication; written communica… Read how I did it…

Since I wrote my “How I Did It” story, I have replaced my functional resume with a new one that includes these sections:
My chronological resume hasn’t been changed much.
New Isabella is watching for flooding...
...but I’m really not happy with it.
Someone invited me to meet them downtown today, and it seems like a good excuse to take my resume and check out the so-called Augusta Career Center. A friend who changed jobs last summer gave me a reference of a career counselor there who helped her with her resume. I guess it’s about time I try to look him up.

So it was supposed to be done before December but I had to redo both it and my cover letter when my ‘puter died and then spend forever reformatting it from whatever wonky format the other ‘puter created it in. But it’s done and finished and now I need to scour for jobs in the Osaka area that hire from overseas.

I’m supposed to be doing this right now. Instead I’m here.
Slacking off as usual. I have until Sunday to get this done or…or..or I’ll uhhh shut my own head in a dresser drawer repeatedly or something?
Seriously though, need to get my butt in gear.

Okay so I made a fair bit of headway. Need to get everything re-organized and such soon. I also resisted the urge to snack while I was fiddling away and therefore mess up another thing on my list.
I will have it all done and typed up by the weekend.
Friday and Saturday nights are both a no go but I still have enough time.

pinsomniac is hopeful.
As luck would have it, I’ve managed to get employed without putting together a resume. That doesn’t mean that this isn’t a worthwhile goal, but it does mean that I can probably put this off for now as I focus on more important matters—after all, the point of putting the resume together was to find a job.
I’ve written about 1/2 of a rough draft. It’s amazing how exhausting it is trying to talk about yourself.
Well, I think at least for now, I’m pretty much done. It’s not the best thing in the world, but it’s not bad either. And hey, it’s a start.
