Celebrate the esbats

I’ve kind of been doing this for the past handful of months. My kids and I celebrate by going out at dusk and feeding the fairies. Today, we added a small Full Moon Blessing ritual. My youngest one wandered off (he’s only 2, afterall) but my oldest seemed to enjoy it. We had cookies and milk after doing a house blessing, then went to feed the fairies. After they go to bed, I’m planning to do a simple, meaningful, and personal ritual. I’m looking forward to it. Hopefully, doing it once will encourage me to continue doing it in the many months to come.

I’ve been Wiccan for many years and try to read and observe all the rituals, but this is hard for me! I’m happy to see I’m not the only one out there who wants to do this but having problems. I live on a army base and don’t find much support where if I was Catholic or Baptist there would be no problem. Keep up all the good work and maybe when we move home I’ll find a coven that I can get the support I need. :)
