compared to full planche pushups…...... and then theres a maltese\victorean which is pretty much a wide grip planche and even harder…
It’s so darn easy….....
it takes mainly currect form to be able to push up hard enough (many people spread thier legs like a cheap whore this iameks it more usless then one arm pushups , if u use ur legs right u dont eevn need two legs on the ground for one)
and as for strength you can jsut do it on something hightened and work your way to the floor, I can do 8+ at the moment when I get 12 Ima start doing clapping one arm pushups , elevated and with a dumbell in the 2nd hand… (U put ur feet and pushinhg hand on chairs and have a dumbell in your free hand , makes it MUCH harder but easier to stablize
