smile at strangers more often

i always am waiting for people to be nice to me first…...or i think that they don’t like me…...why should they have to smile first??? i will be first to smile at them

I love smiling at people on my way home from school. It makes my day a lot better and when they smile back it makes me happy :)

I have been smiling at a lot of people lately. It feels awesome when you smile at someone and then they smile back. Or even better they sometimes look all relieved and start chatting with you. That happened to me today. ; ) aagh! i keep on trying to put that it was worth it but it keeps on changing on me.

so i had my first day at high school today and i smiled at a few strangers. It was ok. It made me feel like a good person

Everyone does go through storms in their lives, and just one simple smile from someone could brighten up their day!

I smile at everyone, even if someone doesn’t smile back I never give up. Just remember everyone is going thru some type of storm in thier lives and sometimes a simple smile will make a lil difference. SMILE!

We have to play along in this world, we have to make eye contact, extra effort to engage people, and also, we need to find our true, outgoing selves, and learn to be involved and connected. I’ve done it a lot over the last year, and it’s great for self esteem and for confidence.

I love when people smile at me so I am going to make more of an effort to smile at others.

For the past couple of days I’ve been smiling at strangers more. When I was crossing the street I smiled at this lady and she smiled back and waved. Her smile was a real smile. Not a polite one, but a truly happy one. :D It just made me smile bigger.

I don’t like when I look away, or avoid all together, people I don’t know.

They could be thinking anything. Why assume its negative?

Perhaps my smile could get them through the day some how.

Perhaps my smile would get theirs, and then we both have a good day.
