kepiOne of Four

The idea was to create a series of 4 – green, orange, purple and blue. The green one had been sitting around for a few months and I decided that if I didn’t get it up, then I never would! So there it is .. sitting on my lounge room wall. 4 years ago

I love the idea of art. Its like music. A way to express yourself. Its so free and beautiful with no rules on how to do it. And it is something everyone can do! Even though it may not be worthy of a place in the Tate Modern it will be a masterpiece to me worthy of a place on my wall. 5 years ago

_Belle_Thanks to Kepi for reminding me of this...

I saw this goal on Kepi’s list… This has been on the back of my mind for a few months now.

I want to get a very large sheet or fabric tarp, prime it, and create a painting on it. I want it to be so large it covers a wall. I did this one other time, and I don’t know what happened to the painting.

I think it would also be really interesting to paint a floor covering. I will have to research that a little to find out what the appropriate materials are.

I love making art. 5 years ago

kepimay have to complete that "take an art class" goal before i complete this one ..

I picked up a paintbrush for the first time in about 4 years last weekend and what used to come so naturally i found really difficult to work. Maybe I’m thinking about it too much? I still found a sense of ease by doing it though – and am going to give it another go this weekend. 5 years ago
