need to be less emotional/possessive

over the last few years i seem to have become over emotional, i cry very easily and have become possessive according to my Master, i want to be able to serve Him in real and online like i used to and dont know how to get back to where i was, we got married a little over a year ago and He said that i have changed a lot since then …any advice on how to be less possessive and less emotional would be appreciated …ie ..things to practice etc…thanks jae
