Been practicing for three years. Almost to brown now.
How I did it: Took tae kwon do lessons...worked hard...and passed the test. Not much to it.More? I went to practices...the most important time is the month before the actual test. You practice your patterns until they're technically right and powerful, and then you work on breaking boards. I used the downward palm strike because it generates a lot of power, and the side kick (it's mandatory). I practiced on a duck-taped phonebook at the suggestion of my instructor, and I was able to break my palm strike board in one hit, and my other board in two (the first wasn't hard enough).
Lessons & tips: Don't give up! Keep trekking, even when you're really tired. If you get too tired, just drink some 5 hour energy and keep going!

iquiroga can't stop thinking about Cowboy Action Shooting...
I’m probably most interested in Aikido.
I’m really interested in martial arts. As soon as we can afford it, I would like to start taking lessons again. But I haven’t quite decided which discipline I want to pursue.
I’d like to earn a black belt in the martial arts and teach the martial arts too!
I have attained the rank of red belt recommended in Songham Taekwondo. I havent done anything in 2 years, but would like to go back.
