im still on my way there… am on the south beach diet and some weight loss pilss from GNC.

i cant seem to do it just by exercising.. ok now i hv to watch my diet..
guess i hv to go for low cal diet oredi… salads n such

I’m really bad at diets. I used to go to the gym regularly, mainly for relaxation rather than losin weight, but I’ve moved to China for a year and it’s become difficult to keep up the exercise.
I’ve also lost a lot of routine, get bored easily, and eating and drinking is my main social activity, so I put on 7kg.
I used to weigh about 50kg so I’m hoping to get back to that weight.
I have lost 3kg already since I got back to work (I ate a lot of pizza over my 2 month holiday) but I’ve stalled around 54kg.
I really want to lose the weight quickly so I can wear all my nice summer clothes that no longer fit me :(
I’m not sure what is healthy, I am trying to do more exercise and eat less and I was aiming at 2kg a week for 2 weeks, speedy!
But after looking at the internet I can’t decide if this is a good idea or not.
I know once I lose the weight I will probably be able to keep it off, I just lack the patience to lose it slowly.
BAH. Anyway, lets see where I am at the end of the week.

i want to los weight healthily- so that means no crash diet, no weight loss pills and such.. only good old exercise and healthy food-
53kg- 17th jan
oh no!! i didnt lose weight.. instead i put on..
54.5kg- 18th Feb..
its ok, i shall not despair and i shall not give up! will run every other day… or every day for now..
have been running for a bit now..

55kg- 2/03
this is very strange, becos i hv been running.. why am i putting on weight? this really puzzles me…

54.3kg- 03/03
ok, i think im stablizing at 54-55kg, which is a bad sign.. i want to be stablizing at 51-52kg..
hmm… think i shld be on the veggie diet soon
