    I'd rather dance than drink 3 years ago

    I am 48 and dont act it. I feel great and can stay up all night but this isnt going to last forever. Growing old is a fear that I must face. I dont seem to have aged as much as a lot of my friends, I am certainly none the wiser for my age. The people I meet and like being friends with are getting younger I am avoidng invitations to play bowls I’d rather go out dancing.
