Keep track of everything I consume for two months

    I wanted to do this for several reasons. I was intrigued by research done by Seth Roberts. I was interested from a financial perspective. But mostly, I want to be able to correlate things in my life that without data, I cannot. For example, it would be cool to know how the amount of time I spend in my car affects my mood. How much I spend monthly on dental components. How what I ate the previous day can change the performance of my memory today.

    I don’t know if I’ll actually solve any of these or just accumulate useless pages of data, but I am going to try.

    My start date for this was Monday, May 1st, 2006. I plan to keep this up for a minimum of two months, so at least until Friday, June 30th, 2006.
