It changes periodically, but it goes something like this.
Grind a bunch of garlic cloves, some rock salt, dried chilis in the molcajete. Once that’s a paste, mash some avocado, thoroughly mixing it with the garlic/chili paste. Squeeze half a lime, add a splash of tequila, some chopped cilantro, chopped tomato, and chopped onion. Mix. Get some Lime Tostitos and Patron Silver, and serve!
