play golf

I hit a bucket of balls at a driving range near the camp I’m working at. I managed to correct my wicked slice and consistently hit the last ten balls between 150 – 180 yards.

i want to try new things and golf is one of them..

today i went to the tamagawa-river side short cource.
the weather is sunny but windy at first, but it scattered little rain along the way.
the total score is just 60, approach shot is bad as usual.
it was terrible. i have to practivce more :(

I am living in the South of the Netherlands and really want to play golf, but none of my friends is interested. So I am looking for someone with the same goal in my nabourhood.

Golf is like a religion where I work. So I need to buy a set of clubs and start playing. I can’t say it’s as fun as tennis but it does feel good when you hit the ball just right.

My boyfriend and his family are big golfers… HUGE actually. I decided to try and learn so I could spend time with him doing something he loves.

I’ve been out to the golfing range a few times this summer, but have yet to actually play a game. All-in-all, it is going okay – although almost every swing goes to the right (I’ve been told it is because I don’t follow through).

for the first time ever. Didn’t do too bad. My teammates and I actually won trophies – “Most Room for Improvement”. OK, so we won trophies for being bad players, but I still found it encouraging – not only did I play golf for the first time, I won my first golf trophy. :)

I’ll be golfing for the first time! Never even been to a golf range. My team says I’ll be fine since I play softball. “Just wack the ball,” they said,”The only difference is the bat is up in the air and the club is on the ground.”

We will see…

I’m definitely looking forward to enjoying great weather tomorrow and trying something new.

In 12 days I’ll be playing golf for the first time! I can then mark this as completed! Yea! I’m looking forward to spending a beautiful day outside and just enjoying myself!

Never had the desire to golf until recently, when I thought about how relaxing golf courses look. Sounds funny, but I really like the idea of spending a morning in the beautiful weather, enjoying the view, and trying something new!

The opportunity unfolded today for me to play golf for the very first time as my work needs golfers for a small golf tournament happening in May. I prefaced my volunteering with the fact that I’ve never golfed a day in my life without windmills or giant bears so the team will need a little extra patience… :)

I’m very excited and grateful for the opportunity to experience something completely new to me.
