run more marathons

so far, and I’m registered for number 8, and soon to register for #9. I’m doing the ING Ga marathon for the 3rd time in march, and I’m thinking about the Country Music Marathon in April or the Seattle (innagural) marathon in June. I’ve just finished San Antonio. woohoo!

It does sound a bit crazy to run 5 marathons in 12 months. But… that’s what I’ve done. And I’m going to keep on running! :)

San Francisco. 1 month and 5 days! :-)

my 3rd marathon is just a few days away – heading to vermont tomorrow for sunday’s run. the weather up there is erratic right now – high today is predicted to be 89, and by sunday the temps are supposed to be mostly in the 60s (high near 70). packing is going to be fun… in any case, i’m excited and hopeful. i feel good to go – well-trained, well-fueled (food and mentally), etc. yay… trying to decide whether to do #4 this summer (san francisco) or just take the summer off. hmm… might depend on how this one goes – how much recovery i need.

till the ing ga marathon, and then 8 weeks till vermont!

and sometime during that time, i hope to report that it’ll be only a few months till new york, too. that’s 1 lottery i seriously want to get lucky in!

so far, I’ve done a full, two halfs and another full, just recently. It was a blast. The whole time I was thinking, ” I have to do a lot more of these”.....
