go to E3

So sad this isn’t possible anymore. :-(

From a game developers stand point I understand that it just wasn’t profitable. As somebody that is fascinated by the whole gaming culture I miss it though. I remember all those years when the E3 edition of my favorite gamer mag came out. I spent hours watching at the photos of all the people and dreaming of being there. Not just seeing the newest games, but also feeling the creative energy of a emerging media industry concentrated at one place, seeing the faces behind the games and witnessing the birth of new game franchises.

I guess I could visit a lot of other game conferences, but it just wouldn’t feel the same. It just wouldn’t be the conference that I dreamed about going to since when I was a little kid.

i’ve always wanted to go, but i don’t play video games much anymore. me from 3 years ago would kick my ass for typing that. but you know. i’ll also waste tons of cash i need on games. not sure if i should do this… my friend went. asshole! hahahaha. i didn’t want to see the pictures. hahahaha.

Made it to the last E3 before they moved to the new, smaller format. Glad I made it, it was an unforgetable experience.

Since it’s no longer around, it’s no longer really possible. :(

Seeing as E3 is no longer around, I guess I won’t be going. ::cries::

now that they’ve made e3 smaller my dream probably won’t be accomplished!

It’s rather simple, really. E3 has been disbanded in its prior state, and is going to be retooled as an industry-only event. No more general public. So…no more me.

There aren’t going to be any more; it’s an ineffective way to market games.
