well i can mark this done because i’ve started
usually i have tuna, green beans, olives, refried beans, tomato sauce, and a few other things perpetually in the pantry…so that’s something right :-)

cheapo 72 hour kits, and some pretty consistent foods i keep in our makeshift pantry…i could do ALOT better though…the thing of it is,...i get soooooooooo overwhelmed, I don’t want to buy lots of food and then have it go to waste because i don’t know how to use it, how to rotate or maybe i don’t have the desire to eat it…urgh, i know it’s soooooooo important, but tell me where to start
I cleared out the junk from the shelves above my washer and dryer and have converted them into a pantry. It’s a convenient place, because since we are apartment dwellers at this time, the washer and dryer are right next to the kitchen. I’m starting to stock my pantry, it’s cool!
