clean the house from top to bottom and chuck out all the junk and things we don't need that are cluttering the house up!!

at the thought that I spent an entire year living in the house filled with the crap of which it has now been cleansed.

As luck would have it, no sooner had I decided to do this than I consulted my rubbish collection chart and discovered that the monthly collection of broken pots, pans, electrical components and general unburnable unrecyclable crap happens today, which gave me a nifty little deadline to get this done by.

Last night I returned home from the festival and made one last lunge for the tatami room.

As a result I have finally managed to rid my cupboard (and, with any luck, the world) of the monstrosity pictured above. Most of the other crap I accepted as having, once upon a time, been useful in some way. For this “pillow”, approximately the size of a 13 year old child, I could find no excuse. Take a good look to ensure you don’t miss out on the horror of it. The dangling arms, the awful alarm clack handily (ho ho) built in to one of the paws, the leering velcro-textured face. As an added bonus, of course, the previous occupent clearly enjoyed using this pillow. Just look at those stains.

What a treat.

There is a few things here and there to still sort out but in the whole this is done!!

I have been doing so much around the house and it’s slowly coming together. If things go well this goal should be complete before the end of the year!!

and got rid of the clutter and junk and even made some room in my drawers which is great!!

slowly but I am getting there. It is looking amazing downstairs now and I plan on sorting my bedroom this week!!

over the weekend. I chucked out a lot of stuff and it has made more room in a lot of the places in the two downstairs rooms. I am pleased with what has been done so far but there is still plenty more to go. There is some left in this room to do and then I need to go through the cupboard in my living room and then that room will be finished too. Then my bedroom, I am using a full set of drawers to store paper work and stuff i probably don’t need and I could do with a couple of extra drawers for clothes and stuff so I will sort them out and all the bits of stuff around my bedroom that I don’t need or use.
Then the understairs needs sorting but it is such a tip in there and is mostly my dads so I will leave him to do that.
The cleaning session is going good too, the middle room is finished and in here is almost done. My bedroom has been done weeks and so has the bathroom, landing, kitchen so that just leaves the laundry room and then this goal shall be finsished!!!

is looking the best it has in a long time but it still has a fair bit to go.
It would look better if my dad got round to all the little jobs that need doing round the house as well as sticking up the wall paper that has started to peal.

for most of the day today on and off and I ache but I got some much done and it is slowly coming together. I am hoping to have it clean in a few weeks time and get all the junk out the house and hopefully create some more storage space by getting rid of the junk.
It was a good cleaning day all in all :O)

I was stressed out and upset so I needed something to keep me occupied so I spent a lot of time cleaning the house and it is looking good so far. I mainly did the downstairs and there are still more things to get done down here but I will get them done and soon as I am in a kick ass mood right now so I shall use that to clean this house!!!
