Youmacon 2005, Sky (Blue), Sydney (Pink) and Z (Yellow) from Power Rangers SPD came and held a panel and talked about the show, along with the writer and executive producer.
It was an absolute blast, and we got quite a few questions answered. (Including the fact that they said making Tetsu into Sam, as the “ball of light” was something they wish they hadn’t done. Too late for saving my favorite character.) as well as the fact they didn’t have the rights to the Dekaranger movie, or the gold ranger/Marie Gold (who I was dressed as at the con :D)
At any rate, I really hope more cons in this area start bringing rangers back. If you want to try and meet a power ranger, try hitting Power Morphicon in California in June, 2007. It’s a convention completely dedicated to Power Rangers. :D I’m sure you’ll have luck there.
