Some progress that I feel pretty good about. No drammatic results, but I feel better. The ABS Diet from Men’s Health magazine plus the book with same name, list the power foods one should try to eat most of the time. They all happen to be things I like and know are good for me. I do great from early morning to about 5PM when I generally fall apart and will eat anything in sight. The real killers for me are: ice cream, cheese, chocolate, among others. It’s all about portion control
