Well…looks like this goal is going to have to wait. I am currently 4 months pregnant and not about to diet and work out all the time to meet this goal. But I do have a plan for after the baby is born. I have joined up with LA Weight Loss and I am set to start the program 6 weeks after the baby is born. Yay!! Hope that works out…I’ve bloody tried everything else. sighs5 years ago

I’ve decided that the only way I’m going to succeed with this is if I take it one step at a time. I’m going to gradually increase my exercise and gradually decrease my food intake. I’m starting with fast food, no fast food for 6 months. I am also cutting out junk food I will allow myself to have only one thing a week. I will no longer eat past 8pm which will really help me alot. That’s just to start. I will exercise 3 days a week to start…on Mondays I will use my treadmill, on Thursdays I will use my exercise videos and on Saturdays I will use the dance videos. I will carry this plan through for the next 3 months and then I will see how much weight I have lost. At that point I will revise the eating/exercise plan to further my weight loss. With the help of dietary cookbooks and a strong willpower…I can make this happen. 6 years ago
I’ve been struggling with my weight everyday of my life since I was 10 years old. I’m sick of it. I want to get my ass into shape once and for all. I’m so tired of being overweight, it really hinders what you can do with your life. I’m clueless as to where to start but I’ll find a way. 7 years ago
