Today or rather last night I had this clear inspiration to clean my act up. I found this website so I will also track my progress as I go along.

My last cigarette was a little after new years. Being a non smoker hasn’t been difficult so far. The key for me is to not be around other smokers because sooner or later I will share a cigarette with one of them and the whole thing starts all over again.
I want to give up this stupid habit… why am I so weak???
When I think about it, I’m so convinced but 3 hours later… I need one, when I’ve got it… oh, shit! :(
really really sick and tired I wonder if I’ll ever completely kick the habit
