    A few things I can do today to help me snap out of it:

    DONE: accept my feelings and life (don’t “should” all over myself)
    DONE: pray for help
    DONE: make a gratitude list
    DONE: go to a meeting
    DONE: turn on more lights
    DONE (but only read a tiny bit): write a very short fun story, read, paint, or play
    DONE (but had cookies): eat and snack healthy
    DONE: drink plenty of water and herbal tea
    DONE: leave work early
    no alcohol or anything
    DONE (but only walked): exercise
    clean house
    call Ronit
    DONE: reconcile with C
    DONE: go to bed at 10:00
