have a soul mate

I have taken my first steps to achieve this goal. My counsellor and I are going to concentrate on this goal. She is so good i know that she will help me to see things clearly and look at why i make the same mistakes over andover although trying (and indeed failing) not to.

i received a lot of encouragement from 43things. and also found the person i respect and who can understand me.

i am very appreciative of the people i met on this website… i received incredible moral support and encouragement. i am learning from others each time i log in here – i learned how to get up when my alarms goes off, i learned how to set 3 goals in the morning, i am still learning to concentrate better… i am reminded how wonderful life is actually is.

i am very very appreciative. things may relapse but now i know where to go for support.

i found several soul mates, not just one. i received the support and understanding from people here – they were not strangers anymore, they became my soul mates… i chatted with people in the concert, we had such a great conversation and i felt that they should be my soul mates too… all of sudden, it comes to me that soul mate needs not to be interpreted as a fairytale figure – it can be everywhere – it can be my finance professor, it can be the doorman of my building, it can be a person i came cross one day… my eyes are open. i can see that i am not alone. i am so happy at this moment and i hope you feel this happy emotion too!

yeah… i know this sounds so cheesy… but i do want to find someone who can understand me, who can support me, who can look into my eyes and know how i feel.

my soul mate? where are you?

I met my soul mate, but like with everything in life timing is crucial. It was the best experience I have ever had in a relationship. I am now married to someone else whom I do love, but I knew after I met my soul mate that no one would ever live up to him and he knew the same with me. Sometimes a power other than what we have control of takes charge and decides our fate. Was I glad I met my soulmate? Most definitely! Was I mad we couldn’t spend an enternity together? Yeah, but just to know that I have one that exists and to experience that strong of love for a short time in my life that was so powerful that I still talk about it 5 years later.

If I find/have a true soul mate, with love and that goes with it, I would consider marriage.

I found my soul mate…but in the end pushed him away and broke his heart. :(

A chemistry will exist
He will be accomplished in his job
He will be someone that truly cares about others
He will know how to have fun and how to relax
he will respect me as an individual and want the same for himself
we will cook dinner together
we will drink coffee in the morning together
we will read the sunday paper together
He will care about his health
we will pray together
We will love each others’ families
He will surprise me and love that I surprise him!
