have a house

my parents, they never have a house in their life. so, we used to rent house. our recent house is very2 ugly – but at least we have roof for our heads from rain and hot weathers of Jakarta.

i am dreaming to have one nice house. no needs to be in big city in where i was born, which is Jakarta. Out of Jakarta is no problem for me. because more cheaper price, healthier an air. i wants to have a proper house with a room for myself, my parents, my 2 younger brothers. small garden. a proper house.

I believed i can have my own house!

i would like to have my own house soon , this is requerd a very hard work and time to do that

当然，买房子现在还只是一个远期计划，一个目标，现在开始先学会不乱花钱了。学会抵制住诱惑。

Till yesterday I thought that it will be impossible. The reason was my partner, who is very much against all forms of credit (if you don’t have money to pay, don’t buy – he says). So he didn’t want us to have any mortgage. It’s almost impossible to buy a house in Australia with cash only! Especially in Sydney. So i thought – that’s it: we’re going to rent an apartment forever. And suddenly a miracle happened: our friend shared with us the way he invests in properties and now my partner is extatic about buying a parcel and building a few houses! And one of those would be ours! I just cannot believe it! I’m so excited! Maybe because i put this goal on the list it’s actually coming truth (you know: “you only get what you want” stuff). Let’s see what will happen next.

I like to have a family means to have a shelter and a house.It’s important here in Europe to have a house of my own.I’m lucky that we got a house from the Bomi of my husband.If we rent an apartment,It’s going to be costy!
