Biggest problem is I forget.
A dehydrated brain can make you for forgetful.
Its a vicious circle.
Some simple tips anyone?

It’s not hard to do…drink three 16 oz bottles a day especially in Phoenix….
Fruity Ana want to improve myself
EHEHEH Everyone knows this though, but apparently, I still forget about it. I’ve been drinking H2O a whole lot more, and I’m no longer fixated on the number of bottles I go through. I’m thirsty, I drink water. I’m not thirsty, I don’t drink water. Plain and simple.
I’m pretty sure I do this every day. When I’m at work I have a 16 oz cup that I fill up like 10 times each night. But just to make sure, how about I keep a log of all the water I drink each day for a week. And if it averages out to be 8, I’ll mark this done.
Yea..that sounds like a good plan to me.
I’ve made a real effort to drink a lot of water.
And I’ve had at least 8 glasses most days.
Another couple of weeks and I think this goal will be done!
I was doing very great! But slowly I just stopped drinking as much. I’m picking this up again. It’s hard to drink 8 glasses with my schedule,(school, homework, work, and other things.) I want everyone to know that yesterday I think I drank about 8 or 9 glasses of water. So with our glasses actually being 12oz. instead of 8oz. I drank around 90oz. of H2O!
And I want yall to know I lost count of how many times I went to the bathroom!!
I’m trying to keep it up though.
